Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

***All digital products and personalized custom products are non refundable, however if you have an issue please contact us so we can help resolve it.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), downloadable products

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Economy shipping is our default shipping if you would like a faster service please contact us at emeraldearthpublish@gmail.com to see if it is available. Most items ship within 3-5 days.
